LODGING POLICY
The 2025 West Coast Invite will be a stay to play event. In order to participate in the tournament your teams must stay with our lodging partners or pay the surcharge fee. Only teams within a 50 mile radius of the Mountain America Expo Center will be exempt from this policy.

Tournament play dates are June 7-9, 2025.
Triple Crown Girls Pipeline Camp will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025.
**Triple Crown Volleyball reserves the right to combine divisions on Days 1 & 2 to give the most competitive & diverse event experience, as needed. Teams will then move back into their age groups for bracket play on Day 3.**
Age Cutoff Date: July 1, 2025.
7 Match Guarantee: 3 matches Saturday, 3 matches Sunday, 1-3 matches Monday.
Equipment: Triple Crown and Baden will provide all balls for all teams.

LODGING POLICY
Upon registration to the West Coast Invitational it is REQUIRED to book your lodging through our approved lodging partners. We encourage all teams to book a minimum of 24 room nights per team. Keep in mind all rooms reserved for the event (parents, teams and coaches) must be reserved through our booking system, which is Event Connect. A link for booking will be provided to club directors or travel coordinators via Sarah.
**Any questions regarding reservations or changes to reservations, please reach out to EventConnect Support [email protected]. Any reservations booked through a third party provider (i.e. directly with the hotel, Hotels.com, Expedia, Hotwire, Hotel Planners) or using reward points or booked outside of the TCS room block will not fulfill your requirement and require the lodging surcharge to be paid or your team will NOT be scheduled into the event.
Local Teams within 50 miles will be exempt. Our online lodging software uses zip codes to automatically mark teams local so no waivers needed. You will likely still get a lodging email with a link so you can access our great rates if needed Out-of-town teams that wish to stay outside of the TCS lodging options, such as campgrounds, rv parks, VRBO, etc. can choose to pay the Lodging Surcharge of $1200 on the event website.

Club Check In and Gate Pass pick up - located in main lobby of MAEC 4pm-8pm.
**Club practices open on the hour every hour from 5pm-8pm - reach out to Jared to reserve a court space and time [email protected].
Friday, June 6: College Camp Day

Saturday, June 7: Tournament Play Day 1& Team Check In

**Doors will open at 6:45am and play will start at 8am.
**Gate Passes will be open for purchase 6:45am to 5pm. Teams that did not check in on Thursday evening will be able to check in 7am-12pm.
**Parent Hospitality will be open from 8am - 8pm with cash bar available from 10am - 8pm.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds requested BEFORE May 3 will be given, less 20% admin fee. No refunds will be given if requested AFTER May 3. If the event is forced to be canceled due to COVID-19 or any other circumstances out of TCS control, refunds will be given, less 20% admin fee.
